Sometimes, client purchased TG gateway and GSM module online or not from Yeastar directly. Yeastar Support Team have a duty to provide technical diagnose for client once they encounter any issue on Yeastar TG device. After the diagnose, if the issue is caused by some hardware problem or mismatched GSM module. Then it need to be replaced. Please contact the seller which you bought the device from for the replacement.

Please try to uncheck the Inband Progress option in the SIP trunk advanced tab.

7. Is mandatory to use Yeastar PBX as DHCP server when using Polycom Phones?
NO. It is not necessary. Just make sure your Polycom IP phone has been provisioned, and the network between PBX and IP phones is available.
