Hi all,
i have a S412 with T29g, the client ask for a message during closing time.
I have set an inboud rule to IVR message with no button destination that i enable with *802, everithing works.
BUT
the client now ask to modify himself WITH A PHONE the IVR 6500 message.
It's possible?
I have triend by phone, but he can modify only the voicemail message not the IVR.
The second solution that i think is to forward the calls during non office hour to Voicemail, but the client don't want that clients can leave a message.
Suggestion?
