SIP Trunk Registration Failure Logging

  1. Screenshots of the SIP trunk settings includes the Basic tab.
  2. PCAP dump
  3. Asterisk CLI log.
  4. Test result of the checklist.

If you register sip trunk remotely, the following description of network environment is needed.

  1. Basic setting of network, IP address of the LAN and WAN port set on web. (go to Settings>Network>Basic Settings)
  1. NAT setting on web. (go to Settings>General>NAT)
  1. Port mapping settings on router.
