GSM modules sends registration request to the first priority carrier with SIM card and GSM module identify information.

I set the same route in 1 extension outbound to dial
    Ex. Carrier 1
    0935XXXXXXX
    0936XXXXXXX
    0915XXXXXXX
    0945XXXXXXX
And it will go to first carrier
    And when i dial
    Carrier b.
    0908XXXXXXX
    0919XXXXXXX
    0907XXXXXXX
It will use the 2nd carrier. How can i configure that?
