P-Series : custom prompt recording & Off Hour

Hi,
our customer wants to be able to:
1) record a custom message (for Inbound Route / IVR ) for a temporary closure
and
2) manually enable and disable this temporary closure (a sort of "off hour") with the custom recorded message.
In S-series I made it with Time Condition and service codes, how in P-series?
