In PBX P560, I have agents in many queues, when an agent attended a call in a queue, other call from other queue is ringing in the same agent. How can an agent doesn't receive a call while it has a call yet?

Hello Mauro,
Just make sure the parameter "Ring in use" is not active in all the queues. If it's active on a queue then all calls to that queue will ring in that agent despite it being in a call.
Yes, Sandro is right, I misunderstand the issue from the beginning, I test it with my PBX and the agent status will be in use when he is in a call and no matter where the call is coming from.
