The option "Record" during the call isn't activated

Hi Yeastar Support,

I have a PBX P-560 and when I want to record the call by the option "Record" using Linkus Desktop or Linkus Web, I don't do that because the option "Record" doesn't work. Another option is pressing *1, but it doesn't work too.

Can you have any solution or suggestion?
