It seems you could blacklist inbound phone numbers on the S-Series devices to block those pesky spam callers, but I cannot locate a similar functionality on our P550.
Is the functionality there somewhere?
Any help is appreciated.

Eric Jiang Hi Troy, blocked numbers feature will be added to the next version which will be released next month.
There is another way to blocked the numbers
1. add those numbers to the company contacts
2. create a phonebook with those contacts
3. set the destination to hangup in the inbound route
