Link Us Client and Salesforce integration

Hi,

I have set up an integration between SF and Link Us as described in https://help.yeastar.com/en/linkus_client/topic/integrate-linkus-with-salesforce.html. 

However, when I get an incoming call, there is no pop up. I am wondering what field from SF does Link Us use to match the incoming Caller ID? Also, we have prefixes in our phone field on SF. Can the caller ID matching be customized?

Also, MyPBX allowed calling of an external script upon receiving a call. Does Links Us not allow that?
