On a 5 extension cloud PBX when programming a Trunk it has a selection for "Maximum Channels" with 5/10/20/30/40/50/unlimited as options. When I go to PBX Monitor/Concurrent Call it says "Max Concurrent Call: 5"
Which is correct unlimited or are we limited to five?

More insight. Four clients call into a conference room with one extension as the Moderator. Can the other four extensions still make external calls? Can we have other external callers in a Queue waiting to be answered? Unlimited trunk channels.

Hi Mark, The concurrent call on the PBX monitor is the concurrency for the PBX and the option for the sip trunk is only works on the sip trunk.
Four clients in a conference room the concurrent call is 4 and you can make or receive 1 more external or internal calls.

The four clients are calling in to the SIP trunk, with 1 moderator internal extension.
Is this 1 or 5 concurrent calls?
If 5, then for this customer with 5 extensions I will need to pay for 10 extensions to get a service equal to an S20?
