  Nope, you can only integrate from the PBX.

  I can't control calls from zoho CRM , and I don't know what the problem is.

  The call pops up but I can't stop the call or mute the mic, etc. and I can't make the calls from the zoho CRM as well.

  Do you use HTTPS for the integration? If yes, do you buy a certificate? Is it works when you use HTTP for the integration?

  The incorrect certificate could cause the issue so we can use HTTP to test.

  J'ai testé avec le HTTP et c'est le même problème, je pense que le problème est lié au phonebridge utilisé.

  Are you able to ping appcenter.yeastar.com from the PBX? The PBX will receive the command from that server or you can whitelist the domain in your firewall to make sure there is no problem with the connection.

  

  If all set but still have issue you need to ask the zoho to help to check further.
