Will there be a migration path to move customers from S to P Series? We will want to upgrade customers to the P Series and exporting and importing the database would be helpful. Is there a plan for this?

Pixy Tse Ron Romano We will have a migrate tool release on Q1, 2021. Please stay tuned.
I believe it would migrate some basic data like extension, routing rules, etc, but not for all settings.

Ron Romano The most difficult part of migrating a customer is moving extension greeting and name recordings. If you have a system will 100 users it is difficult to ask all of them to set their mailboxes up again. Please the migration tool needs to include these.When extension gets migrated this should be included.

Michael Mclean Good day , we are planning on migrating a customer from an existing S300 to a P570 , we are looking for a tool to export data & re-import into the P series without having to re-create trunks & all other settings. Any news on release of this migration tool that was supposed to come out in Q1 2021?

I see that there was no answer to this, although I think that this may be of interest to many resellers and technical engineers, because there are a lot of MyPbx, U series and S series PBXs out there for end users, sooner or later they will be replaced by newer ones.
If there is no migration solution, do the technicians have to manually set more than 100, more than 1000 extensions, VOIP lines and other settings? -
Darryl Panzer The migration tool should migrate ALL the settings from the S series to the P series. The process takes a lot of hours to do even with importing the extensions. Other manufacturers have a migration tool that lets you download a migration file and upload it with all the settings. Please make this a priority for us. Thank you.
