what i want to do
after users listen to the welcome message will enter the number to transfer the call to the employee
I want to let the user listen custom music instead of a normal one

actually, I follow this instruction
but the custom music work after normal music work
how can I do that?

  Hi There, do you use a S-Series PBX or P-Series ?

  I suppose this feature doesn't support now.
