Yeastar Cloud PBX and Grandstream GDS3710

Hello there,

I have just moved off of a S100 PBX and had a mixture of IP phones and a Grandstream GDS3710.  This integration worked fine and I've just moved away from my S100 PBX to Yeastar's Cloud PBX and I cannot get this GDS3710 to work as it should, which is when someone presses the button would call a ring group or if I dial the extension of this GDS3710 it would answer and I can talk to people but this is no longer the case when going to the cloud.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could potentially resolve this?
