I got 2 complaints already from our customers that when somebody rings the mainline only one phone rings and the others not. In the inbound route, the mainline is pointed to a ring group that composed of 3 extensions(mobile phones only, no handsets) using Linkus app. The company where I work runs a Cloud PBX.
Can anybody help me why is this happening? I tried queue but the call goes directly to a voicemail.
