I need to quote a client on a YeaStar P560. I have setup Yeastar before. I need to setup a YeaStar P560 for an Apartment block, 90 tenants. 1x SIP number (5x Outbound concurrent voice channels, 10x inbound concurrent voice channels)

Realistically you would need a SIP number for each apartment so that you can call direct through to the apartment using a specific number.
The only way to route the calls to each apartment when using 1 SIP number would be to point the SIP number at an IVR that you have enabled the "dial extensions" feature on. You would then need a greeting that prompts the caller to dial the extension number for the apartment they are trying to ring through to. This would mean when someone calls the 1 SIP number they would need to enter the extension number for the apartment they are trying to reach.

DID would work if you had multiple SIP numbers (in that article the trunk has 3 numbers on it). With just 1 SIP number you would have to use the Caller ID routing which would look for the callers number and then route that to a specific apartment but that would require entering specific callers numbers to route the call. Best solution is to either get more SIP numbers on the trunk or use the dial extensions feature via IVR.
I have to assume that since this an apartment building, the individual apartments would ONLY be called by the call box at the entry. If this is the case, you only need 1 X 1 as there could not be more than one call at a time. Send that to an IVR and allow dialing extensions as needed.
