If I wanted to migrate someone from say an Yeastar S20 to the Yeastar Cloud PBX can I export the config from the S20 and import it to the Cloud PBX?

Oscar Colka When you mean someone, do you mean some extensions? or do you mean the whole S20's configurations?

Solomonwheeler78 The whole config. Obviously there would have to be some changes after the fact but if I wanted to migrate or for a backup scenario will the Cloud version be compatible with the hardware counterpart?

Oscar Colka For the current stage, as I know, it is not supported to restore a S PBX's backup on an Yeastar Cloud PBX.
I think it would be difficult as the cloud PBX supported flexiable number of extensions. But I believe it will be helpful if both S PBX and Cloud PBX supports for export and import some settings, like extensions, trunks, inbound routes, outbound routes and so on.

Solomonwheeler78 that's really what I was interested in. Thanks for the info. Maybe it's something they will look into or add.

Ina Tang Currently, this function is not supported.
But I noticed that you have 2 kinds of scenarios mentioned above.
1. Migrate an existing S-Series to Cloud PBX.
2. Use S-Series as the backup for Cloud PBX or use Cloud PBX as the backup for S-Series.
For the 1st scenario, will you have many customers wanna migrate from S to Cloud? If so, exporting from S to Cloud does make works efficiently. I have posted this request to our system, let's see if it is possible.
For the 2nd scenario, I don't think exporting will help a lot. There might have more works than exporting.
