[Issue Description]
Extension given operator panel permissions but cannot pull calls or do anything to calls via the operator panel.
Testing with an internal call (extension to extension), the call shows up on the "Inbound and Internal Calls" page but when I right-click or try to drag it does not respond at all.

[Solution]
If you are using the extension group created by yourself, then please go to Extension and Trunk->Client Permission->Extension Visibility Permission, then add a new rule to make sure the extension group extensions can view each other.
