How to Provision TA FXS Gateway by Yeastar P-Series(Video)

Hi ! im having problems with the configuration of a TA 800 in a S20. im doing the provision steps like the video, and everything goes well untill i hook up the analog phone, then the TA 800 disappear from the network. I call and the phone rings, but, again, i hook up the phone and the TA800 goes off. ¿any idea of what is happening?
