Sometimes 2 call parking callers connected incidentally. It happens when the reception switches the call by pressing the DSS key. In most cases, the IP phone is configured with multiple DSS keys for parking numbers.
Try to configure Transfer mode via DSS key to New Call. Here we take Yealink IP phone as an example and we introduce 2 methods:
1) Update the transfer mode by Auto-Provisioning
If your phone is already provisioned by the PBX Auto-Provisioning app, please use this method.
Select the phone which has the issue, and go to the Preference tab. Change the transfer mode as below, then click save to reboot the phone to re-provision the phone.
2) Update the transfer mode manually
If your phone is not provisioned by the PBX Auto-Provisioning app, please use this method.
Login IP phone web interface, and go to the menu Features>Transfer.
