How to logout agent by queue manager

In call center request, queue supervisor may want to logout dynamic agents for urgent moment to avoid ringing agent who is not on seat, without having to access web client with user's credentials.

Solutions

In Yeastar P-Series IPPBX, supervisor is possible to change user's presence status in admin interface, there is feature to automatically change the agent queue status according to presence status, such as to set 'Away' presence status and set 'Agent Status Auto Switch' to 'Log out' or 'Pause' in the drop-down list, so you will only choose any other presence except 'Available' for agent and agent status will be changed to 'Logout' automatically, read attached images below for configurations.
