Scenario Requests
One PBX serves two hotels. Hotel 1 uses the 1XXX extension range, and Hotel 2 uses the 2XXX extension range. It is expected that when extensions from both hotels dial 9, they will call the respective front desk extensions 1000 and 2000 of the two hotels.

Steps
1. Create reception extension 9 and configure its function "Call Handling Based on Caller ID". Menu Path: Extension and Trunk/Extension/Features
2. Configure the calling number to 1XXX, and when a call comes in, forward it to extension 1000.
3. Configure the calling number to 2XXX, and when a call comes in, forward it to extension 2000.
4. Test calls.
