In particular situation, customer need to limit max concurrent calls to 2 for example and would like to play busy message for third incoming caller instead of only call drop, this article shares the solution by custom change in ssh.

Steps
Access ssh of pbx and go to file /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf, search context '[DLPN_trunk_sps222]', sps222 indicates sip trunk name, replace it accordingly, copy all dialplans within this context.
Paste to /ysdisk/support/customcfg/extensions_custom.conf, make change in extensions_custom.conf like below pic, the busy message can be uploaded to Voice Prompt – Custom Prompts, do not attach audio type in script.
- Make any change in web interface and click on Apply.
