How to register Yeastar gateway to a Yeastar P series PBX via FQDN using the TLS protocol (Checklist)

Applicable to: 

Yeastar Gateway: TG,TA,TE Gateway. 

Yeastar PBX: PAE,PSE

 

1, Create an account trunk on the PBX, transport select TLS. Select "Use User Name as Account Trunk's Authentication Name" this option

 

2, Enable TLS on the PBX, and then reboot the PBX once time to make it take effect.

 

3, Select the account trunk to FQDN allowed account list, as shown below

 

4, Create an Register trunk on the TG, fill in the corresponding trunk information, make sure the port is 5061, and enable TLS on the trunk settings, as shown belows

 

 

5, Make sure TG enable TLS 5061 Port, and TLSv1 version. as shown below.

 

After completing these configurations, you'll basically be able to register the trunk as long as there are no problems with the TG network. 

If there's still a connection problem, look at the PBX firewall to see if the TG is being blacked out, or if you've turned on country IP protection or something like that.
