1. Using a distinctive ringtone requires setting the appropriate alert info. You can assign different distinctive ringtones for internal calls, external calls, queue calls, ring group calls, and IVR calls respectively.

2. However, the snom M300, M400, M700, and M900 currently do not support custom ringtones or text. Therefore, it is necessary to use the six fixed texts—external, vip, highpriority, lowpriority, blacklist, and friends—to match the six distinctive ringtones. The default ringtone is Melody1.
