[Issue Description]
In the Queue, you set the MOH, but when you call to the Queue, it didn't play

[Solution]
If you want to set the MOH(the prompt that the caller hearing when they waiting in the queue), please set it in the Ringback Tone window.
The Music on hold option only works when the agent answered the call then the agent put the call on hold, then the PBX will play the Music on hold to the caller.
