Call Issue Between Gateway and P-series PBX

Applicability

  • Model: P-Series Cloud PBX, P-Series PBX, PSE, TG, TA, TB, TE
  • Firmware version: Any

Problem Description

When the Gateway is connected to the P series PBX, the gateway sends the User Name as its own authentication information by default, which will cause the call to be abnormal (the PBX always responds with 401), For example, the setting on Gateway:
