Symptom
When enter the LDAP phonebook on the phone. There is no contacts, and fail to search cotnact. Or it prompts LDAP server Unavailable.
Solution
Please configure a rule for the extenion your provisioed that can view a phonebook including all company contacts.

After permission is done, reprovision the phone.
Then press the LDAP Directory key, or enter LDAP phonebook to check if you can see LDAP contacts.
