Applicability
- Model: P-Series Cloud PBX

Symptom
No inbound calls received on P-Series Cloud PBX. And there is no call log on PBX CDR menu.
Solution
You can try the following options:
1 - DID Number format on SIP trunk and Inbound route.Three formats you can try,
- National format: 0561234567
- No National code format: 561234567
- International format: 33561234567
If your SIP trunk has serveral DID numbers, make sure the DID number format on SIP trunk and Inbound route are the same issue format.
2 - DID number Header source
Usually, it's INVITE header. Sometimes the SIP trunk server can take DID number in other SIP Headers.
You can try in the following sequence:
INVITE(Follow System) > To > Other headers
