Failed to Login FQDN web by Admin User after Installation

Applicability

  • Model: P-Series Appliance Edition, P-Series Software Edition
  • Firmware version: Any

 

Symptom

Failed to login FQDN web by admin user.

 

Solution

By default the admin user is banned to access FQDN web.

Visit the PBX web via IP address directly, and go to FQDN menu, configure the Remote Access permission.

By default, the FQDN web access type is "Restricted Account", you can remove "Administrator". Or change the Access Type to "Allowed Account", and select "Administrator".
