Fanvil Video Phone Call Hangup Immediately when Answered after PBX Upgraded to X.13.0.30

Applicability

  • PBX Model: S-Series, Cloud PBX, and K2 in version X.13.0.30.
  • Fanvil models / other brands  which support video codec

 

Symptom

For example, the user could not use Fanvil X6/X7 to make calls. When the call is answered, call hangup immediately on Fanvil Phone.

 

Solution

1. If you need video capacity when making a video call, please upgrade the firmware to version X.13.0.34

2. If you don't video capacity urgently. you could remove all the video codecs on the Codec menu as a temporary solution.
