1. Does TG support data network?

No, TG is dedicated to voice features. VoLTE is supported on TGv3.


2. Does Cloud PBX & K2 support QueueMetrics app?

Yes, but it is paid support to install it. If you need, please contact our support for more details.


3. Why the incoming calls are always sent to a specific extension?

The inbound route has been configured other destination correctly. Most of case, you have enabled the AutoCLIP feature. Try to disable it, and test again.


4. Does S20, S412 support Zoho app?



5. Does Yeastar support to integrate with Microsoft Teams?

Currently not. Please stay tuned on our release note.
