Failed to Make Outbound Calls - Line is Inactive

Applicability

  • Firmware version: Any
  • Model: Cloud PBX

 

Problem Description

The client reports he could not make any outbound calls. And he got fast busy tone when tried to make outbound call from his IP phone which the extension is registered to the Cloud PBX.

 

Analysis

Outbound route has been configured well. 

SIP trunk is registered.

The PCAP log shows the line is not active.

Solution

Contact the provider and charge to activate the line.
