Analysis

The CLI log shows S-Series PBX does write the correct format Time-Sequence-Call From-Call To-Communication Type.wav for the highlighted file name 2H93NZ~M.WAV.

Double-check the logs and we could find that special character * is included in the called number, but *(along with \ / : ? " < > |) is not allowed to be the file name in window system which may cause conflicts in it. The original file name is changed to the 2H93NZ~M.WAV according to window's own working mechanism.

Solution

Make sure the caller and called numbers do not contain any special characters(* \ / : ? " < > |)
