Incoming call from SIP trunk gets '401 Unauthorized' - Caused by Wrong SIP Port on SIP Trunk Settings

Problem Description

The SIP trunk is registered, but PBX can't receive the incoming call. When receiving the incoming call, the S-Series PBX reply '401 Unauthorized'.

 

Analysis

The PCAP log shows the S20 reply '401 Unauthorized'.

The CLI log shows 'didn not match the Provider's IP address'.

Solution

Change the port from 0 to 5060 on trunk page.
