D30 Module Detection Failure


Extension quantity for creation is not increased, and current call is not increased when D30 is installed.

Check List:

  1. Check the if any physical damage and contact problem for the DSP module.

  2. Reinstall the D30 modules.

  3. Swap a D30 module, if you have one.

  4. Try Swap a slot to install the D30 if your PBX is S300.

Logging: (If you can’t resolve the issue, please submit the following information to Yeastar)

  1. Post us the test result of the check list.

  2. Post us the System Log.
