How to Get the FXO/FXS/GSM Port Signal Capture

First, find the capture tool on the web,

  • For S-Series/P-Series: go to the menu Maintenance> Troubleshooting> Port Monitor Tool
  • For U-Series: go to the menu Reports> System Logs> DAHDI Monitor Tool
  • For FXO/FXS Gateway: go to the menu Status> Reports> Port Monitor Tool
  • For TGv3 Gateway: go to the menu Status> Reports> Troubleshooting> Port Monitor Tool

Then follow the procedure:

  1. Choose the correct FXO/FXS/GSM Port which is for test, click 'start' button
  2. Start to make a call.
  3. If issue replicated, end the call; if issue not replicated, try to call again till you replicate.
  4. Click 'stop' button and download the package.
  5. Post us the package.
