First, find the capture tool on the web,
- For S-Series/P-Series: go to the menu Maintenance> Troubleshooting> Port Monitor Tool
- For U-Series: go to the menu Reports> System Logs> DAHDI Monitor Tool
- For FXO/FXS Gateway: go to the menu Status> Reports> Port Monitor Tool
- For TGv3 Gateway: go to the menu Status> Reports> Troubleshooting> Port Monitor Tool
Then follow the procedure:
- Choose the correct FXO/FXS/GSM Port which is for test, click 'start' button
- Start to make a call.
- If issue replicated, end the call; if issue not replicated, try to call again till you replicate.
- Click 'stop' button and download the package.
- Post us the package.
