This part only applies for S-Series.
Symptom: It’s codec translation failure. For example, if you fail to call from the Linkus client to the IP phone. But you are able to call between the Linkus clients.
Check list:

Execute the command: core show translation in the Asterisk CLI, to see if it includes the G729, iLBC codec in the list.
