Registration Failure Caused by Improper Firewall Setting

Symptom

If you could ping the IP address of the endpoint, but the registration still failed. The option ‘Drop All’ will block the IP address except the IP configured in firewall which accepted. Thus, the peer trunk registration failed.

Solution

Add a firewall rule for sip peer endpoint.
