This capture would include the voice wave data of the GSM port.

S-Series

Go to the menu: Maintenance> Troubleshooting> Port Monitor Tool

  1. Choose the GSM port you test, and click 'Start' button.
  2. Start to make a call or start to replicate the issue.
  3. If issue is replicated, end the call or stop you action; if issue not replicated, continue till you replicate.
  4. Click 'Stop' button and download the package.
  5. Post us the package.

Go to the menu: Status> Reports> Troubleshooting> Port Monitor Tool
