TA FXS gateway can't use feature code to transfer calls to Yeastar PBX extensions

Applicability

• Model: TA FXS Gateway

Problem Description

Yeastar PBX->SIP Trunk->TA FXS Gateway->FXS Port->Analog Phone

Analog phone is unable to use *3 or *03 to transfer the call to the extensions which are registered on the Yeastar PBX.

Solution

1. Disable the gateway feature code option first. As shown below.

2. Change the FXS port dial pattern from "X." to "."

Beucase "X." does not include the number begin with *

"." include any characters.
