Symptom
User can receive the call, and can press Answer button on Linkus mobile app. But it's failed to establish the call.
Solution
It happens when the Queue Agent timeout is set to 0.
User should avoid setting a vaule 0 to prevent this issue.
You can set a value like 30 for Agent timeout, and configure Maximum Waiting Time with longer value.
