Using LDAP on Zoiper Softphone

LDAP feature is only available in Zoiper Biz version.

Configuring LDAP

1. Launch Zoiper Biz softphone.
2. Navigate to “Settings > Preferences > Contacts > LDAP options” page.
3. Check the option “Use this server to search for contacts”.
4. Fill in the LDAP server address, attributes and filters.
5. Once the configuration is done, click “OK”.

LDAP Configuration Example

The example configurations are set according to S-Series LDAP server default settings. You can use the following settings as a starting point and adjust the filter and display attributes according to your needs.

Using LDAP Phonebook

1. Enter the search parameters for name or number as needed in the search box.
2. The matched records will display on the screen.
