This guide explains how to hear the dial tone after dialing 9
This guide has been tested with:
Yeastar U100 Version 15.19.0.48
IP address of U100 : 192.168.6.250

Step 1. Create a SIP Trunk on U100
Path: PBXTrunks<VoIP Trunks<Service Provider
Type: SIP
Trunk Name: give a name for the trunk.
Hostname/IP: fill in the IP address, 127.0.0.1, the default port is 5060.

Save and apply the changes, we can check the status of this trunk
Path:Status Line<Status Trunks<Status

step 2: you can add the outbound route
Path: PBX<Outbound Call Control<Outbound Routes<Add Outbound Route

Dial Pattern: 9
Strip:
Prepend:
Selected Extensions: choose the extensions you want to use to dial out
selected Trunks: self(sps) which set in the step 1

step 3:set up another outbound route to make the calls out

Route Name: pstnout
Dial Pattern: x.
Strip:
Prepend:
Selected Extensions: choose the extensions you want to use to dial out
selected Trunks: choose the trunk which you used to make calls out

Step 4: Add the DISA
Choose the outbound route” pstnout” in the step3.


Step 5: set up an inbound route and choose the same trunk as the Step 1.
and configure the destination to DISA.

Step 6 :test a call
Using the extension 505 dials 9# and then you will hear the dial tone, after that, dial the external number.
