Please contact pbx administrator or IT manager for credentials.
For cloud pbx, user mail id for username is requried for web client access.

Appliance device: SN code of pbx or LCS/RAS domain.
Cloud IPPBX: Cloud domain.

Please check if administrator has enabled linkus permission for you.

For s-series IPPBX, best way is to log out linkus within intranet.

It's possible caused by inproper NAT settings in pbx, if NAT is enabled in PBX-General-SIP-NAT and the call happens in vpn network or peer trunk, please add vpn subnet and peer trunk IP subnet to local network identification in NAT settings.
8, How to download contacts saved in external server?
For s20 and s412 pbx model, only possible to add contacts manually on the phone, linkus will read and dial it with proper permission, for other pbx model(s-series and p-series), download contacts from other server and upload to pbx contact app, set view or manage permission for linkus user.
9, Why cannot dial numbers starts with + plus sign?
It's possible caused by inproper dialpattern in outbound route in PBX, please set dialpattern with +X. or only one dot in outbound route.
10, Why it tells a wrong number that is dialed?
It's possible caused by improper dialpattern in outbound route in PBX, please check and modify dialpattern in outbound route to match dialed numbers, another idea is to check if linkus is added to correct outbound route.
11, Why it tells 488 not acceptable when making calls?
It's high possible caused by iLBC codec unavailable in PBX, go to below path to enable iLBC codec.
S-Series PBX: PBX - General - SIP - Codec, choose iLBC.
P-Series PBX: PBX Settings - SIP Settings - Codec, choose iLBC.
12, Why it tells 'Unknown audio, please check your audio device' when making calls?
It's possible caused by firewall or anti-virus software, try to close both in local laptop.
13, Why is the extension name not displayed in linkus app?
With LCS, please check if there are two public IPs for pbx.
With port forward on router, please check if TCP 8111 port is well open in firewall, also try LCS to see if works.
14, What's difference between linkus desktop client and linkus lite client?
Both linkus PC clients are independent and both can be installed on the same laptop.
Linkus desktop client is completely new client and only works with Yeastar P-Series PBX.
Linkus lite client is Yeastar traditional PC client and could work with both Yeastar P-Series PBX and Yeastar S-Series PBX.
15, Why it tells 'invalid link' when logging in linkus PC client?
Please confirm the link is intact.
Please log in s-series pbx with linkus lite client, log in p-series pbx with linkus desktop client.
16, Does linkus app support video when works with s-series pbx?
No, any linkus app doesn't support video if log in user from s-series pbx, it's only possible to work with p-series pbx.
