Compatible issues between Avaya phone and Yeastar PBX

Applicability

  • PBX Model: P-Series, S-Series
  • Avaya model: J100 series

Issue:

Avaya J129 phone is registered to p550, use Avaya phone A to call Avaya phone B, answer the call, and work normally. Hold the call, and then release the hold, the call is disconnected.

Solution:

Disable OPUS on the Avaya phone settings.

Move out the OPUS from the codec list.
