Problem Description
When you use Huawei mobile to login to Linkus. Then you might not receive any calls after a while you lock the screen or put the Linkus in the background. Or the mobile would not ring when you call the Linkus extension registered on it.
Sometimes the Linkus app had been even killed. And when you enter the Linkus app again, you would get the missed call.
Solution
There have 2 settings you need to configure on the Huawei mobile. In this article, we take Mate 20 as an example. The 2 settings:
- Enable the Notification of Call Information for Linkus App.
- Change App Launch mode for Linkus App
1 - Enable the Notification of Call Information for Linkus App.
2 - Change App Launch mode for Linkus App
2.1 If your EMUI version is 11 or higher, choose the Auto mode for Linkus App.
2.2 If your EMUI version is lower than 11, choose Manual mode for Linkus App.
