Why is pickup still not working after giving the extension permission in P-series PBX?

[Issue Description]

 

When you give the permission of pickup call to extension in extension group,still can't pick up the call:

[Applicable Models]

Yeastar P-series PBX

 

[Solution]

  • Please check the client permission first,need to allow the extensions in same extension group can view each other.

  • Checking the Select Members type,pickup feature only used for Specific Extensions.If you select All Extensions,the feature will not work.
