If you can't receive the call in P-series cloud PBX,please follow the steps:
- Check the DID number in the Trunk and Inbound Route:
- If you add 0 before the real number such as 987654321,please delete it an try to call again.
- If PBX can't receive the call,please add the country code before the number like 27987654321 and try again.
- If still not work after the steps,please contact our tech support on chat or submit a ticket.
