P-series cloud PBX can't receive call

If you can't receive the call in P-series cloud PBX,please follow the steps:

  • Check the DID number in the Trunk and Inbound Route:




  • If you add 0 before the real number such as 987654321,please delete it an try to call again.
  • If PBX can't receive the call,please add the country code before the number like 27987654321 and try again.
  • If still not work after the steps,please contact our tech support on chat or submit a ticket.
