HeidiSQL is a free SQL GUI software that can access the database. We use if for the access the CDR of our S-series PBX to manage the CDR in this case.
How to Integrate?
Download the HeidiSQL by the following URL:
Step. 1 Add a Database Account in S-Series VoIP PBX
The menu path in the web of PBX is Settings->System->Security->Database Grant. You can click “Add” to add the database account for CDR, and fill the username and password.
Then configure the permitted IP address. We use 192.168.9.% in this case, it mean the IP arrange from 192.168.9.1 to 192.168.9.255. You can also fill the the network segment depending on your network.
Step. 2 Setup the HeidiSQL
Add a new session in HeidiSQL.
Fill the IP address of S-Series VoIP PBX in “Hostname / IP” field, and fill the user and password we created in PBX just now. Then click “Open”.
After the session is open, we can see the CDR now, and you can choose the columns you want to show in CDR.
You can also export the CDR to your PC.
